Sometimes you need a small reminder to help you work in that moment of mindfulness into your busy day. For that, here's a simple little 3-step exercise to drop in and bring your attention back to yourself, instead of your stress. Practice this mini-mindfulness exercise throughout your day (thanks to neuroplasticity, it'll build up your neural pathways!), and you'll have an easier time pausing to drop in the next time someone cuts you off in traffic.
